Sampling

Brian Anderson, professional cocoa bean grader and sampler, has been in the cocoa industry for 32 years and licensed by ICE futures for 25 years. Brian has trained 7 individuals to become licensed cocoa graders for ICE Futures.  5 have successfully passed the rigors test, and 2 are still in training. Brian has sampled cocoa beans for 29 years and for the last 2 years has been licensed to sample for ICE Futures. The first three years of his career, he managed a cocoa product warehouse.
